I just pushed version 1.2.8429, which should fix this issue. File masks are also now supported in watched folders.

First time I hear about this one, though I must admit I'm aware of another similar bug when using file masks (more a ''not implemented yet'' than a bug). I'll fix both at the same time, for the next release. Can't give you an ETA, but it won't be long.

The way you would like it, the answer is ''no''. Currently, the only way to create a magic word is via slimLAUNCH and Alt-Enter. It wouldn't be difficult for me to add such an option. Don't rush to answer this, I've managed to implement backward compatibility when reading a configuration in the previous format. The only thing I can't keep is the "Extended Launch" option for slimLAUNCHthis hotkeys. You'll have to check it back.
